Source, select and coordinate potential vendors/suppliers
Develop third-party contract terms and ensure compliance to terms of the agreement
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Coordination of vehicle controls, supervision of drivers, management of deliveries and staff trip requests
Oversee and supervise the entire loading to ensure accuracy
Source and coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper deliveries where necessary
Coordinate and track the movement of goods’ condition and meet the required regulatory standards for use
Familiarity with routes, major markets, and purchasing points in Lagos State
