Key Responsibilities
Planning & Conceptualization: Defining event goals, themes, and layouts, and creating detailed project plans.
Budget Management: Establishing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and keeping costs within limits.
Vendor & Staff Coordination: Selecting, managing, and liaising with venues, caterers, decorators, and staff.
Logistics & Execution: Overseeing on-site operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting during the event.
Marketing & Promotion: Promoting events to target audiences to ensure high attendance, notesProspects.
Post-Event Evaluation: Analyzing success, handling invoicing, and collecting feedback.
