The Chief Network Officer (CNO) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure across the organization’s operations.
This executive will ensure robust, scalable, and secure network systems that support business growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement network strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee network infrastructure, security, and performance optimization
Ensure high availability and reliability of all network systems
Lead network engineering and operations teams
Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
Drive innovation in connectivity and infrastructure solutions
Requirements
Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or related field
10–15 years experience in network architecture and operations
Strong expertise in enterprise networking, cloud systems, and cybersecurity
Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale network systems
Preferred:
Certifications (CCIE, CISSP, etc.)
Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments.
