We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead financial strategy, reporting, and governance for a dynamic energy company with over four decades of excellence in oil & gas exploration and a growing footprint in lithium mining.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial leadership to support expansion into the evolving energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Lead cash flow management, cost optimization, and financial risk assessment
Provide strategic insights to executive leadership for investment and expansion decisions
Manage audits, tax planning, and financial controls
Supervise and mentor finance team members
