Job Summary

 

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agents (DSA) to support customer acquisition and loan product sales within assigned territories in Lagos.

The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting loan and financial products, onboarding new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive portfolio growth.

This role requires individuals with strong sales ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for engaging with customers and supporting small businesses with financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

 

Promote and sell loan products and other financial solutions to prospective customers.

Identify and acquire new individual and SME customers within the assigned territory.

Generate qualified leads through field sales, referrals, and business networking.

Conduct market visits and business development activities to expand the customer base.

Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales and loan disbursement targets
