Job Description

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer/Storekeeper with at least 3 years of experience in the QSR space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

 

Monitor and manage inventory levels across the store/restaurant

Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock

Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies in line with safety standards

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

Maintain accurate inventory records and reports

Track usage patterns and minimize waste or losses

Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams to ensure timely stock availability

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations

Requirements

 

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the QSR industry

Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and systems

Good understanding of food safety and storage standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:

 

Experience with stock control systems in restaurants

Basic knowledge of cost control and waste management
