Job Responsibilities
He is Responsible for development coordination supervision and implementation of operational and business activities in the branch.
Direct all operational aspect including distribution operations, customer services, human resources and administration and sales
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Developed forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Meet goal and metrics
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Address customers and employee satisfaction issues promptly adhere to high ethical standard and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.
Requirements and Skills
B.Sc in Business Administration or related field
5 to 7 years experience
Branch Managements experience
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and Human resources Management skills
Providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Age: 30 to 45 years
Preferably Male
Professional courses, Microfinance institute, Member of ACCA / ICAN.
