Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and outstanding payments where applicable.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (experience in trading/building materials is an advantage)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
