Job Description
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for factory and office staff
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
Support attendance, shift records, and payroll inputs for production staff
Assist in implementing HR policies in line with manufacturing and safety standards
Support employee relations and welfare within the factory environment
Coordinate training, safety briefings, and staff inductions
Handle HR correspondence and respond to staff inquiries
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
1 – 2 years HR experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing company
Must be based in Ibadan.
Job Specific Skills:
Basic understanding of factory operations and safety compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and planning skills.
