Domiciliary Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Domiciliary Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will ensure continuity of care, promote patient well-being, and deliver professional clinical support in line with established medical standards.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, assess, and record patients’ health conditions.
Educate patients and family members on care plans, hygiene, and recovery management.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Uphold infection control and patient safety standards during home visits.
Qualifications & Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
Valid practicing nursing license
Minimum of 1–2 years of post-qualification clinical experience (community or home-based care experience is an advantage).
Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
