Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multisite clinic operations and expansion

Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth

Oversee provider network management and partnerships

Ensure compliance, quality standards, and service excellence

Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall P&L performance

Lead and develop high-performing teams across operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree required – MBA, MPH, or equivalent)

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in healthcare/wellness operations, with leadership experience

Strong background in managing multisite healthcare or clinic operations

Proven experience in business growth, operations management, and team leadership

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
