Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of long-term business growth strategies
Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for large accounts
Mentor and guide team members
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development goals with company objectives
Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize value and minimize risk
Track, analyze, and report on revenue performance, pipeline development, and forecasts.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Financial Services or Healthcare sector
Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing key accounts
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (MBA or related fields)
Experience in financial services or healthcare.
