Responsibilities
Ensuring projects are completed to schedule
Preparing designs from technical specifications
Inspecting buildings for insurance purposes and advising on relevant legal requirements
Advising on energy efficiency and environmental impact
Checking properties meet building regulations, accessibility, and fire and health and safety standards.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 10+ years relevant work experience.
Very experienced on road construction with good knowledgeon road design.
Versed on construction designs
Apt at design softwares and equipments like total station, gps
Knoledgeable in other technical aspects as would be required in the role.
