Job summary
The Inventory Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records across all stores and the e-commerce platform.
The role focuses on stock reconciliation, variance analysis, shrinkage control, and strengthening inventory governance processes.
The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, deep understanding of inventory controls, and exceptional reconciliation capability.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Reconciliation & Counting:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of physical stock against ERP/system records.
Reconcile warehouse, store, and e-commerce inventory balances.
Partake in monthly and periodic stock count.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and transfer variances.
Validate Goods Received Notes (GRNs), stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Ensure alignment between finance records and inventory movement reports.
