Monitor hygiene and PPE usage compliance.
Monitor and document corrective actions when applicable.
Report daily compliance and noncompliance to the QHSE supervisor
Requirement
The person should be a Graduate of Food Technology, Micro Biology, Bio-Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry
