Responsibilities:
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skill
Proficiency in opera software package accounting software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills.
Competencies / Skills / Requirements:
B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or Social Science related field
At least 1 Year experience as an HR Recruiter
Applicable to all gender
Age between 27-31 years is preferable
Positive and proactive attitude to work.
Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
Must live within Isolo, Oshodi and close by location.
