Responsibilities
Lead and manage workshop operations, ensuring effective utilization of resources and meeting service requirements
Supervise and mentor workshop personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, aligned with operational needs, and used safely
Oversee stock control and spare parts management, ensuring an adequate inventory level
Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of workshop staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Vocational Skill Certificate in a relevant field
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Workshop Manager, preferably in the construction industry
Proficient in repairing heavy-duty vehicles, such as tractors and bulldozers
Strong skills in collaboration, documentation, CAD, health and safety management, troubleshooting, welding, and hydraulics
Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation
Proficiency in MS Office applications
