are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and manage the performance marketing initiatives of the company.
This includes developing and executing strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. If you’re interested in using systematic ways to test and can generate innovative ideas to grow sales, we would like to meet you.
What do you need to be considered successful?

Manage a dashboard of key metrics that are tracked daily/weekly; Analyze and own all data across the sales funnel, social media, and D2C e-commerce (website analytics) to suggest innovative strategies to grow users, traffic, conversation rate, revenue and engagement rates.
Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret large amounts of data to make informed decisions about campaign performance.
Digital Marketing: Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as search, social media PPC, display, and email, and how to use them to drive performance.
Marketing Automation: Understanding marketing automation tools and how to streamline and scale marketing efforts.
Copywriting and Creativity: Ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Technical skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager and more.
Project management: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage projects, and work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Financial Management: Understanding budgeting, forecasting, and ROI calculations and how to use these to optimise campaigns for maximum return on investment.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about marketing initiatives, analyse market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth.
