Job Overview

Our client is a dynamic technology company located in the heart of Ikoyi. They are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations as first point of contact for visitors and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.

* Maintain records of visitors and manage access control

* Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally

* Ensure adherence to company policies at the front desk and in reception areas

* Schedule appointments and manage meetings.

* Coordinate with internal teams for events, meetings, and general communication

* Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

* Coordinate deliveries and dispatches.

 

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in any relevant field

2. Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role.

3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
