Core Responsibilities and Duties
Maintenance & Repairs:
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. Overhaul and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
Installation & Setup:Install new machinery and set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment to manufacturer specifications.
Technical Support:Assist engineers in developing, testing, and modifying machinery designs.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and machine performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, wearing PPE, and operating in hazardous environments.
