Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for class teachers, located in Lagos. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons, and providing training to students. You will also assess pupils performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate a positive and conducive learning environment to enhance students’ academic growth. Collaboration with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students is also expected.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and deliver lessons, adapt teaching methods for diverse learners, and select appropriate learning materials.

Assign, grade, and analyze homework, tests, and projects; track progress; and prepare reports.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

A degree from a reputable institution

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methods tailored to specific subjects and students needs

Strong background in Education and Training with a passion for fostering learning and development

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff

Knowledge of classroom management techniques and use of innovative teaching tools

Degree or certification in Education or related subject area, with relevant teaching experience

Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Experience with modern educational technology and e-learning platforms is a plus
