Key Duties & Responsibilities
Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Manage and prioritize guest reservations, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
Communicate estimated wait times to guests and offer comfortable waiting areas if necessary.
Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and assisting with seating preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented.
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries, reservation requests, and general information.
Coordinate with waitstaff to manage the flow of guests and ensure efficient table turnovers.
Assist in managing the reservation book, including recording guest details and special requests.
Inform guests of any special promotions, events, or menu changes.
Thank guests for their visit as they depart and invite them to return.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns.
