Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and database.
Ensure accurate customer data entry, updates, cleansing, and segmentation.
Develop and execute CRM campaigns to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Monitor customer journeys and lifecycle touchpoints to improve customer experience.
Generate CRM performance reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
Automate workflows, email campaigns, and customer communication processes.
Analyze customer behavior, trends, and campaign performance to recommend improvements.
Ensure data privacy, compliance, and proper CRM documentation.
Provide user support and training to internal teams on CRM best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years proven experience as a CRM Stategist, CRM Analyst, Customer Success Specialist, or related role.
Data entry accuracy and Nurture sequence and customer communication experience.
Hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of email marketing automation and customer segmentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data management.
