Job Summary

 

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

 

Taking order from the company’s website and makingoutbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads

Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems

Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally

Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

Requirements

 

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years of work experience.
