Job Summary
The HR/Admin Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s human resources and Admin department, ensuring that all HR initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals and having oversight of all administrative matters of the company.
This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Stay updated on employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
Foster a positive work environment and address employee relations matters.
Manage performance appraisal systems and support managers in employee development.
Develop and implement effective training programs.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHRi, SPHRi).
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
