Responsibilities:
Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
Help passengers to plan for their trips.
Help to make and confirm reservations.
Provide good customer service.
Re-book tickets and other arrangements.
Requirements:
OND / HND in any discipline
Age 25-28 years Male preferred for gender balance
Must have excellent English language ability
Must have excellent in using Microsoft office products
Must have excellent Public Relation skills
Must have outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality
Must have an excellent relationship with Airlines Experience working in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
Demonstrate honesty, integrity, reliability, and confidentiality at all times.
Excellent team player who cooperates with others.
Smart and professional appearance.
