Retrieving filed waybills from the archive to enable the Inbound Delivery Process Officer (I.D.P.O) to sort out customer complaints.
Detachment of waybills to enable Proof Of Delivery Officer (P.O.D) to upload on System Analysis Program Development (S.A.P)
Retrieval and scanning of waybills to the Finance team for clarity purposes.
Receiving consumables and stationery from vendor.
Issuance of dispatch notes and stationery to Ogba and Illishan site.
Filing of documents from Fulls and Empties Warehouse.
Weekly report on Safety Improvement Report Card (S.I.R.C) from all contractors on site.
Issuance of transporter copy of waybills to all transporters on site.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
Salary
N44,000 / Month (Net)
HMO + Pension + 13th Month
