The ideal candidate will oversee customer interactions, ensure service excellence, and contribute to building trust and loyalty among our clients, including smallholder farmers, agri-businesses, and financial partners.
The role involves developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, leading a team of support staff, and using digital tools to deliver seamless customer experiences tailored to the needs of the agricultural and financial sectors.
Requirements

Qualification: OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
