Operations Oversight: Monitor and manage the daily activities of all units, ensuring operational efficiency and top-quality service delivery to patients and clients. Oversee inventory control, including stocking and restocking
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, suppliers, and other external partners.
Staff Management: Supervise and lead a dedicated team of 8 staff across the pharmacy and clinic, providing direction, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Project Management: Lead and oversee ongoing and new projects related to the pharmacy, clinic and satellite activities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.
Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the services of the pharmacy and clinic, driving patient engagement and business growth.
Accounting & Planning: Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and accounting for the units, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
