Job Description
The ideal candidate:
Collates all approved Purchase Orders and documents in procurement logbook
Monitors approved Internal Orders and ensure they are serviced
Initiates tendering process for all approved internal order requests
Analyzes and deliver all approved tenders
Keeps track of all price gain or loss on all items
Ensures that all suppliers receive all approved Purchase Orders accordingly
Keeps up to date procurement information on all transactions
Monitors all orders and ensures complete delivery and report any incomplete transaction
Performs any other duties assigned by Manager Procurement
Education & Experience
A University Degree in any of the Social Sciences, Arts, Sciences, Accounting or any relevant discipline 1 year experience in Logistics function
Knowledge & Skills:
Computer Proficiency
Interpersonal Skills
