Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and property development projects
Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality execution
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and technical drawings
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
Manage project resources, materials, and timelines effectively
Liaise with architects, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation of project processes and handover procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of HND / B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields
2 – 5 years experience in construction/project engineering (real estate experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage.
