Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, expanding market coverage, and ensuring efficient distribution of FMCG products across the assigned territory.
The role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
The Sales Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Additionally, the role requires promptly addressing customer complaints and ensuring quick and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 – 5 years work experience.
