Mart Manager

Description

Oversee cashiers, sales reps, and other employees in the mart.
Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
Monitor shelve stocks and excellent product displays, and the general excellent appearance of the store premise.
Motivate employees to achieve set targets.
Communicate job expectations and coach team members.
Receive deliveries from suppliers and maintain inventory.
Report any major or unresolved supply delays or problems to the business manager.
Investigate market trends and suggest items that would appeal to customers.
Communicate progress by preparing and sharing daily reports with the management.
Interact with customers to ensure that they have a positive experience and address any concerns or complaints that may arise.
Collaborate with the HR team to hire and train staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure that all employees meet job expectations.
Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
Keep records of expenses, sales, employee performance, and any other records necessary for management reviews and decision-making.
Communicate progress by preparing and sharing daily reports with the management.
Ensure all employees are appropriately dressed and presentable at all times depicting morals and the Damal standard.
Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
