Janitor/custodian.

Job description:
1. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of
the office premises, including lobbies,
restrooms, work areas, meeting rooms, and
customer waiting areas.
2. Greet clients and assist in creating a
welcoming environment upon entry into the
office.
3. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and carpets.
4. Dust and clean office furniture, glass
partitions, windows, all surfaces etc.
5. Clean and disinfect restrooms and restock
supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand towels).
6. Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

Requirement:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in janitorial, cleaning, or custodial work (office/commercial/industrial environment preferred).
