Key Responsibilities

 

Create a scalable organizational architecture, including the design of organograms for state and zone managers.

Develop clear career paths and professional development structures for the field workforce.

Design and execute L&D programs and motivation initiatives, such as leaderboards, for field agents.

Build and manage monitoring systems to track performance and ensure high-level quality assurance.

Efficiently manage underperformers and streamline workforce operational workflows.

Requirements

 

5–7 years of experience in HR, Community Management, or Workforce Operations.

Significant experience in Project Management is highly advantageous.

Experience in developing L&D programs for distributed or field-based teams.

Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and quality assurance.
