Job Summary

The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, providing an exceptional client experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the salon.
This role requires a highly organized, professional, and client-focused individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally; ensure excellent first impressions.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders efficiently.
Handle walk-in clients and manage waiting times properly.
Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
Maintain daily client records, sales data, and basic administrative reports.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media booking requests.
Coordinate with stylists and service providers for smooth operations.
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support management with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements

Minimum HND or BSc Degree
Completed NYSC
At least 2 years post-NYSC experience in front desk, hospitality, salon, or customer service role.
Strong organisational, administrative, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Applicants must reside within Lekki axis
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer skills.
Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
