Job Brief
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
You will be working very closely in managing the CEO’s calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities
Enhance the effectiveness of the Director by providing outstanding and confidential support.
Works proactively as a lead resource for the Director and provides support for their businesses.
Perform high-level executive and operational support, and exercise independent judgement based on analysis, experience and research.
Prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a multi-tasking approach that facilitates the growth of their businesses.
Manages and maintains extremely active calendars, schedules meetings and appointments.
Leads on projects and key deliverables to assure an organized ad up to date.
Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required.
Managing the office facility, including service and vendor payments.
Performs recruitment on behalf of the Director as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
PA diploma or certification is a plus.
Excellent MS Office Knowledge
Outstanding Organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Compensation
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month
HMO plan
Performance based bonuses
Traveling Allowance
Professional training allowance

21 days paid vacation.
