Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Personnel to protect our premises, assets, and personnel.
The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of visibility, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the safety of staff and Patients through patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to incidents.
Responsibilities
Monitor and authorize entry of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
Respond to emergencies and provide assistance to employees and customers.
Follow procedures for various initiatives including fire prevention, property patrol, access control, and accident investigations.
Requirements
BA or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a security officer or relevant position.
Must live around Tarauni Area
Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
Integrity and professionalism.
Physical fitness to stand or walk for extended periods and perform occasional physical intervention if necessary.
