As an IT Quality Assurance (QA) professional you will ensure software products meet established standards for security, reliability, usability, and performance.
You will identify bugs, design tests, and collaborate with developers to verify fixes before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution: Design detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
Automation & Manual Testing: Develop automated testing scripts (e.g., using open-source tools) and perform manual testing (functional, stress, and regression testing).
Defect Tracking: Identify, log, track, and verify software bugs using tracking systems like Jira or TestRail.
Environment Setup: Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments.
Collaboration: Partner with software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to clarify system requirements and release readiness.
