Responsibilities

 

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records of food items, beverages, and restaurant supplies.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.

Ensure proper storage of items in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.

Issue materials and supplies to the kitchen and other departments as required.

Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.

Requirements

 

Minimum of secondary school certificate or relevant qualification.

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management.

Good record-keeping and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of stock management systems.

Honest, reliable, trust-worthy and detail-oriented.
