About the Role

 

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of our LPG-to-Home initiative.

This is a central role dedicated to driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market penetration in a competitive and safety-sensitive sector.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing activities—from digital campaigns and community engagement to media relations—ensuring a successful product rollout and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

 

Launch Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive pre-launch and launch marketing strategies, including brand activations, influencer partnerships, and teaser campaigns.

Public Relations: Manage press and media relations to ensure consistent messaging and strong brand positioning across all channels.

Community & Education: Design and execute community engagement programs focused on safety awareness, product education, and trust-building.

Campaign Management: Coordinate with creative and digital agencies to deliver high-quality content and oversee promotional offers and customer onboarding.

Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Reporting & Collaboration: Track and report weekly progress on campaign reach and KPIs while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements & Skills

 

Education: Minimum B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 5–7 years in consumer marketing, preferably within FMCG, Oil & Gas Retail, Energy Distribution, or Tech-enabled services.

Digital Proficiency: Expertise in social media strategy, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.

Brand & Project Management: Proven ability to build and protect a consumer brand while managing complex timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Core Competencies: A strategic thinker with strong creative instincts, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset focused on reliability and safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Professional certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot).

Experience with home-service or last-mile delivery solutions.

Demonstrated success in launching products in regulated or safety-sensitive industries.
