Major Responsibilities

 

Front desk management including welcoming patients and visitors in a professional manner.

Managing appointment scheduling and patient flow using the clinic’s booking system.

Handling incoming phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and direct messages promptly and professionally.

Coordinating patient registrations, updating patient records, and maintaining accurate data entry.

Managing patient billing processes and coordinating with the clinical team where necessary.

Providing clear information to patients regarding appointments, services, and clinic procedures.

Ensuring a professional and organised reception environment.
