Job Description
The Legal Associate will provide legal advice on operational, commercial, ensuring the company minimizes risk while achieving its business goals.
You will act as the primary custodian of the company’s legal health, handling everything from contract negotiations to data privacy compliance.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor Contracts, and Partnership Agreements.
Provide legal opinions to the management team on new business ventures or products.
Identify potential legal risks in daily operations and propose mitigation strategies
Manage the registration and protection of the company’s trademarks, copyrights, and software licenses.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with 3-5 years of post call related experience
Strong understanding of corporate law, labor law and data privacy law
