Job Description
The Product Associate will support the planning, development, and marketing of our inbuilt solutions.
In this role, you will act as the engine room of the product team-gathering customer requirements, writing technical documentation, and coordinating between the engineering, sales, and support teams.
You will ensure that our product development moves smoothly through the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Assist the Product Manager in defining the product roadmap and strategy.
Maintain the product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized based on business value and customer needs
Analyze customer feedback and support tickets to identify trends, bugs, and opportunities for product improvement.
Act as the primary liaison between the technical team (engineers/developers) and business teams (sales/marketing).
Perform product demos for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in the IT/Tech industry (experience in a Product, Business Analysis, or Project Management role is preferred).
Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams without formal authority.
A strong desire to solve customer problems and improve user experience.
