Qualifications

 

2-4 years of professional experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account management roles, preferably within SaaS, retail technology, or POS systems sectors.

Demonstrated success in onboarding clients to software platforms and actively fostering product adoption to ensure customer engagement.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively training and engaging diverse audiences across different contexts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to diagnose customer challenges and recommend tailored, effective solutions.

A customer-first approach combined with a genuine passion for supporting client success and delivering exceptional experiences.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently without compromising quality.

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with comfort working independently and taking full ownership of customer outcomes.

Technical aptitude with familiarity and comfort using various software tools and platforms.

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communication, Financial Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience in creating comprehensive training materials, documentation, or knowledge base content to support onboarding processes.

Exposure to PMS onboarding methodologies, customer health scoring systems, or customer success best practices.

Have an accounting backgrond

The candidate should be based in Lagos, specifically within the Ikeja environs, to facilitate local engagement and operational efficiency.
