The Cook prepares meals according to the hotel’s standards, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook local and continental dishes

Follow recipes and portion guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Monitor food supplies and report shortages

Ensure proper food storage

Requirements

Must have two years experience as a cook or five years experience as a Kitchen Assistant

Knowledge of different cuisines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must reside within Akute, Mile 12 and Iyana Ipaja axis.
