Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of HND/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years HR experience (hospitality experience is an advantage)
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Membership in HR professional bodies (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
Organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Leadership and decision-making skills
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced hotel environment
May require extended working hours, including weekends
