Key Responsibilities
Developing and enhancing the curriculum in line with global trends and industry needs.
Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Intelligence, Criminology and Security Studies, and supervision of students’ research.
Conducting and publishing high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals.
Securing external research funding and contributing to collaborative research initiatives.
Providing academic leadership and mentorship to junior faculty and students.
Participating in departmental and university-wide service activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A Ph.D. in Security Studies, Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a closely related field.
three to five years of teaching experience at the university level.
A strong record of peer-reviewed publications and research in security and criminology-related fields.
Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and lead research projects.
Experience in developing academic programs and curricula.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Professional experience in security, law enforcement, or related sectors is an advantage.
