Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
Assist walk-in clients with product selection and provide personalized recommendations.
Follow up with existing clients and maintain relationships through excellent service.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and manage objection handling effectively.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
Perform product demonstrations or sampling to educate and influence buying decisions.
Stay updated with fragrance families, skincare ingredients, and product benefits.
Confidently upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and needs.
Inventory & POS Management:
Operate the POS system for sales and transaction processing.
Support basic inventory management and restocking procedures.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked display area.
Customer Loyalty & Engagement:
Educate customers on available loyalty/reward programs and encourage sign-ups.
Create a memorable in-store experience that promotes repeat visits.

Product Knowledge & Education: Willingness to learn and communicate benefits of skincare and fragrance products confidently.
Customer Engagement: Ability to build rapport quickly and create a great shopping experience.

Presentation: Well-groomed and presentable, consistent with the brand’s image.
Problem-Solving & Objection Handling: Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
Time Management & Multitasking: Efficient at handling multiple clients, especially during high-traffic periods.
