Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process payroll, including statutory deductions
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, WHT, Company Income Tax, etc.)
Prepare and file statutory returns
Monitor budgets and control costs
Support internal and external audits
Conduct audit preparations and ensure audit readiness
Liaise with auditors and implement audit recommendations
Implement and maintain strong internal controls
Provide financial advice and analysis to management
